Weight Loss On The Biggest Loser

Is there a magic pill? I think all the contestants on the biggest loser don’t think so. I bet if you asked them, they have tried everything over the years. Including every diet, pill and fad on the market with maybe some success, but obviously nothing long term. I think this show is great. It shows that even those who have struggled since childhood with weight issues can overcome it by diet and exercise.

Yes it is like six hours of exercise a day some days, but that along with a good diet really can work. Even for those morbidly obese. They have to start out at a much lower pace, but by combining this with food, yes, real food, but done in a way that still supports their nutritional needs and calorie intake, they can achieve their goals. Sometimes even surpass what they though was possible. I have a few of Jillian’s DVD’s. They kick my butt a few times a week. They are about 40 minutes long and I have yet to finish one completely. She knows how to combine movement to maximize your time and efforts. That is great. You can work out for 40 minutes and be loosing weight.
